Add Organizational Email Account on Outlook

Outlook (2010 and 2013)
1. Click on the File tab

2. Click on Account Settings to populate the dropdown menu. Click Account Settings.

3. On the Account Settings E-mail tab click New.

4. Make sure E-mail Account is marked and click Next.

5. Fill in the requested information for the new Organizational Email Account and click Next.
*Make sure to input the short name of the email. Ex. For recruiting@usc.edu, the user name is auxrecrt@usc.edu.

6. When the Organizational Email Account successfully configures click Finish then Restart Outlook.
