Auxiliary Services Service Desk

The goal of the Service Desk is to act as a single point of contact for all technical requests pertaining to Auxiliary Services Business units. The primary objective is to maintain stability and excellent updates for all Business Units having open issues while upholding Service Levels.

Other goals/objectives of the Service Desk include:

  • Resolve issues promptly and thoroughly the first time.
  • Maintain a “Customer comes First” attitude while on the phone, updating tickets or replying to email.
  • Become well informed of vital processes and applications for Business Units
